Rebecca began her legal career with the prestigious honor of serving as a Federal Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Raymond L. Finch in the U.S. District Court D.V.I. from 1999 to 2002. Since then, she has represented businesses of all sizes in employment law litigation, transactional and compliance matters, as well as business, banking and real estate matters. As the child of parents who owned their own small business, Rebecca has always been passionate about protecting employers. It is that passion that led her to ultimately limit her area of practice to Employment Law Representation for Employers.
Rebecca Dieringer is dedicated to protecting businesses from costly labor claims and employee litigation. She is a business-minded attorney who understands the difficulties of running a business and having employees in California. As more and more businesses are learning (often after costly litigation and/or labor department penalties) the ever-changing and often complex California employment laws require More Than an HR professional, employee handbook and form policies to avoid employment law claims. Rebecca consistently provides thorough and industry-specific legal and practical employment advice that has proven to prevent even an initial legal claim being brought by a disgruntled employee. She helps ensure that employers are focusing on the growth and success of their business instead of worrying about sabotage by employment law claims.
Rebecca's experience includes Sexual Harassment (CA AB 1825) training for National Law Firms, Fortune 100 companies and major utility companies. She also has extensive experience conducting independent investigations of employee discrimination and harassment complaints for companies with 10 to over 25,000 employees.
